1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace777 website located at ace777.im and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, logging into the ace777 platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game hosted on ace777, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ace777 are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or USDT, depending on the payment method selected. The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your ace777 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. ace777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• ace777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ace777 are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific, event-specific, or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed by ace777's system. Bets placed in error — including wrong stake amounts, wrong selections, or misread odds — cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted.
• ace777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on conditions that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing error, or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.

• ace777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including without providing a reason, where it reasonably suspects match manipulation, information asymmetry, or other integrity concerns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace777 and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way not permitted by ace777.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the ace777 platform rather than reporting them to support immediately upon discovery.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the ace777 platform, software, or content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace777 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, audio, video, text, and structural design — is the exclusive property of ace777 or its licensed content providers. No part of the ace777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from ace777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes or betting results;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security;
• Errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected under these Terms;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the ace777 platform.

The ace777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

ace777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies apply:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their ace777 account settings. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified on the account;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, ace777 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

12. Amendments to Terms

ace777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13. Governing Law & Disputes
